of goods and services. Completing this selection
is The Mall of Georgia at Mill Creek. Only 10
minutes drive south of Tanners Creek, The Mall
of Georgia is the largest mall in the southeast
with over 1.7 million square feet of retail space.

16°C (60°F), accentuates Hall County’s
already pleasant environment.

The Greater Hall area is
considered northeast Georgia’s center
of education. Hall County’s public
school system is consistently ranked one
of the best in the state.
In addition to the public
schools, several private schools also flourish
in the area. Two institutions of higher
learning, Brenau University and Gainesville
College, also call Hall County home.
Lanier Technical College,
located in Oakwood, offers programs in
many fields designed to build technical
skills preparing an employee for a specific
job or industry.

Lanier Technical College is also
the location for Quickstart training in northeast
Georgia. Quickstart is a state program which
will develop a curriculum and completely train
the employees of companies creating new jobs
in Georgia, at no cost to the employer.
In addition to the educational
centers within Hall County, five major universities
are located within an hours drive.
